WHERE IT GOES WRONG

Why Aerospace Cargo Outgrows Carrier Liability

01

Drops and impact

A single drop in handling can write off an avionics unit or a precision instrument. Damage from a covered transit accident is paid at the declared value.

02

Lost traceability

A part separated from its certification paperwork is worth scrap. Carrier liability values it by weight, not airworthiness.

03

Lost in transit

A lost part means a chartered replacement. Loss in transit is paid at the declared value. Costs caused by the delay itself are not covered.
